As Vice President overseeing Human Resources, Marketing/Communications, and strategic planning, Ryan Rogers brings 16 years of progressive HR experience, with a decade in Commodity Trading/Agriculture. In his 3 years at JD Heiskell, he has restructured the HR function, implemented an HRIS system, led a brand refresh, and established talent acquisition and HR Business Partner functions. Ryan is a dedicated leader both within and beyond JDH, serving on the alumni advisory committee for Hastings College, mentoring with Partnership 4 Kids, advising for Children’s Future International, and teaching at Midland University. His commitment to community and employee support defines the culture at JD Heiskell.
